Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us atsupport@u-turn.in Refunds are available for damaged or defective products. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of the damage or defect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
